Purchasing a Digital Product at Lumosmax is a breeze. Our system immediately approve your purchase so you can download straightaway. We process our orders using Braintree, Google Pay and PayPal.

If you are paying by e-check, it would normally take a little longer from 3 to 5 days. In that case you won’t be able to download your purchase immediately.

You will receive an Order Confirmation email. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads. You may also be able to download your purchase in the Members Area.

We closely monitor our servers to ensure you are able to access our products. We use Advanced Cloud Security Services and Firewall(s) to protect our server from download abuse. Needless to mention, we reserve the right to terminate any access that is due to such intolerable act which could harm other users on our website.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of Digital Products we do not generally offer refunds. However if you change your mind about your purchase and have not yet downloaded our product, refund may be applicable upon your request.

Requests are handled case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. A request must be made within seven (7) days of your original purchase. To initiate a refund request please contact us.
